We played three mini-matches of 25 minutes. In the first 25-minute period Pilisvörösvár scored and scored, and even though we tried to pass the ball and move it forward, what we practised during training just didn’t show. Leaving the opposition’s players free in front of our goal found us 6-1 down after 25 minutes.
In the second 25 we started playing much better, knocking the ball around really well and after 5 minutes we were 2-0 up. Compared to the first period our players were much calmer and braver, so the team functioned much better. In fact we were playing better, but unfortunately in front of our own goal we still made the same mistakes and we ended up with 6 goals in our net.
The final period finally brought us what we were all waiting for. Our players realized that by being stricter in front of our goal Pilisvörösvár could not score so many. Thanks to more discipline we could build up our game very well. Jo and Beni pushed the team forward with brilliant passing from the back line. Per-Liad-Matus looked after our forward play really well. We scored 6 and all the 6 goals were from really good passing. Per scored 3, but we have to mention Liad who assisted in 2 out of those 3 with excellent, accurate passes. Also Per topped his goals with two assists!
